Anybody interested in diversity, inclusion and racial equity in the NHS has heard of Roger Kline. Roger is Research Fellow at Middlesex University Business School. He was the author of “The Snowy White Peaks of the NHS” (2014), and co-author of “The Price of Fear” (2018) on the cost of bullying in the NHS and co-author of “Fair to Refer” (2019) on disproportionate referrals of some groups of doctors to the General Medical Council.
