When individuals are treated unequally based on characteristics, that in reality are arbitrary and irrelevant, we violate their fundamental human dignity and sense of belonging.

Inclusion with Humanity is a central part of organisational ethics and should be given due consideration in our moral working lives.

Despite many years of discussing the matter of equality, diversity and inclusion, we continue with the same problems.

Now is the time for radical change in language and behaviour.
